Regardless of the width of the printing, the surface of the entire cots should be lubricated with ink oil; Depending on the amount of ink accumulated between cots, timely adjust the amount of ink to ensure the printing quality. Can resist the corrosion of ink, ink components will not precipitate, under the action of ink, the size should not be changed, should not be deformed, ink components should not penetrate the surface of the adhesive layer. Multi-purpose materials should have a certain degree of hardness and sufficient durability, no oxidation, no aging, wear resistance, easy to clean, and good combination with the shaft core.

When storing press cots, note the following:

1. Storage printing should be stored in a cool, dry and ventilated place;

2. The storage temperature of cots should be kept at 20~25℃, and the relative humidity is about 65%;

3. Store in backlight or dark room of warehouse to avoid direct sunlight;

4. Cots should be kept away from oil or grease.
